If one gives an answer before he hears, it is his folly and shame. Proverbs 18:13

I’m trying to recall something that was once very important to me…how to truly listen.

I found this quote on Pinterest yesterday:

“Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to respond.” Stephen Covey

Remind me, God, how to listen well.

    Thank you for that quote and your thoughts. It unfortunately fits me perfectly. My only consolation is t…, there is no consolation without change.
